Travelling by plane (Prague international airport):
There is a bus station in front of the arrival hall of Prague international airport. Look for yellow buses operated by RegioJet. This company operates a direct connection to Brno. The buses leave the airport every hour (at xx:35) between 7:35 and 21:35. In Brno, the buses stop in the vicinity of the railway station. In front of the railway station there is a tram stop. Take tram no. 1 heading to Řečkovice. Go to the stop "Hrnčířská", which is located approx. 400 meters from AMBIA. Prior to entering the tram you need to buy and validate the ticket. This company operates a direct connection to Brno. The buses leave the airport at 9:15, 11:15, 15:00, 18:15, and 20:00. In Brno, the buses stop in the vicinity of the railway station. In front of the railway station there is a tram stop. Take tram no. 1 heading to Řečkovice. Go to the stop "Hrnčířská", which is located approx. 400 meters from AMBIA. Prior to entering the tram you need to buy and validate the ticket. The tickets are sold either on the platform (yellow ticket machines) or by the tram driver. Buy the ticket for 60 minutes, it costs 25 CZK. Alternatively, you can take train from the Airport Train Station to the Vienna Main Train Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), which runs each 30min and the trip takes 15min. Then you take train to Brno Main Train Station (Brno Hlavní nádraží), which runs each 2h and the trip takes 1.5h. Combined train ticket from airport to Brno costs just 14EUR if bought at least 1 day in advance via e-shop of Czech Railways (www.cd.cz).Once you are in Brno, leave the station building.
